In 2003, through personal nutrition and lifestyle changes, she discovered her healthiest, most vibrant and authentic self and has dedicated the past 20+ years to inspiring others to do the same.
Ellen has coached and consulted hundreds of individuals in dozens of organizations all over the world to make sustainable lifestyle changes empowering them to go from knowing what to do, to actually doing it!
