As many of you know, II have been an entrepreneur for 7 years, doubling my business each year consistently. Though this sounds good, every January, I honestly wonder how I will continue to nurture my tribe to maintain my impact and entrepreneurial sense of achievement.
The dawn of the new year is the perfect opportunity to share some insights because I believe that relationships are at the center of who we are, and our most important relationships – our tribe – are worth the time and care we put into them.

Many people feel that the idea of growing their tribe — often associated with networking — is somehow salesy or pushy. To nurture can be defined as “to care for and protect someone or something while they are growing”. How does “caring” and “growing” feel to you?
Now, with that little mindset shift from pushy to cushy…
Strong relationships — in private life and in business — help build meaning, trust, and visibility while providing a space to exchange ideas and be creative. Solid bonds boost self-confidence and growth and are humanly fulfilling for all involved. In addition, by dedicating enough time to building and nurturing your community, it will be there for you whenever you need it. It’s time to start your 2022 nurturing resolution!
